Who we are

Nawitas, headquartered in Bratislava with offices in Vienna (Austria) and Poznań (Poland), develops, finances, and operates industrial-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Founded in 2006 and relaunched in 2024 with a strong focus on energy storage, Nawitas provides turnkey, scalable ESSCo solutions that combine:

• New revenue streams via:
  • Ancillary services (FCR, aFRR, mFRR) for grid stability
  • Wholesale arbitrage through algorithmic cross-market trading
  • Cost savings with peak shaving, load shifting, and circuit breaker optimization
• Resilience with islanding and black-start capabilities
• Zero-CAPEX model (ESSCo), removing investment barriers for clients
